Watching a game, having a drink @ Freddys

Sports bar is Qusais that’s open till 3am! That is a good start to reviewing the place. Located in the erstwhile Princess to now changed Fortune Hotel, we found this on a visit to our friend’s place.

Ambiance: Total sports bar, pool tables, long bar counter, huge screens everywhere & tv screens occupying all possible angles from where you are seating. The seating area in the middle gets complicated as you can’t move much once you are in. Choose one of the booths on the side for a hassle free seating.

Service: Fast & efficient, what you need in a sports bar.

Food:
We went in for Hoegaarden on the tap, which for me is pretty hard to beat with another ale.

We were served nibbles of olives ( misfit) & peanuts ( total fit) for a sports bar.

Chilly Chicken was greasy, spicy & in other words good!

Fish Tikka: Took some coming but huge portion for 2 people. You know that it was done fresh, marinated with indian tandoori marinade & paired with the green chutney was no reasons to complain.

Pricing: 130 for 2 is great value for an evening catch up with a friend.

Final Verdict: Seems like a good place to watch the upcoming T20 world cup & the Euros!
